Zetica Rail stands at the forefront of innovation in train-mounted rail radar systems. Their pioneering work dates back to 2007 when Network Rail embraced Zetica’s Advanced Rail Radar. Over the past decade, Zetica has maintained its leadership role, with ZARR systems responsible for surveying an astounding 1.3 million rail radar kilometres.
Seeking to spotlight their groundbreaking technology, Zetica approached us to create an explainer animation that would illuminate their advancements in this field.
APPROACH
To tackle the challenge of simplifying this highly complex and technical subject matter, we adopted an approach that leveraged the power of animation to make intricate concepts easily accessible. The project involved translating intricate technical details and complex data into a visually engaging and understandable format.
Our team delved deep into Zetica’s technology, conducting extensive research to ensure that we grasped the nuances of their innovations. This allowed us to craft a compelling storyline and script that would effectively convey the significance of Zetica’s contributions to the rail industry.
In collaboration with Zetica, we meticulously storyboarded the animation to ensure that the narrative flowed seamlessly, even when dealing with intricate data, graphs, and technical specifications.
The animation format, with its ability to distil complex information into digestible visuals, was the perfect medium to showcase this technology.
