The Oxfordshire Business Summit 2026 brings the county’s founders, leaders and organisations together at Blenheim Palace — a flagship day of ideas, relationships and conversations that move the region’s business community forward. Delivered with B4, the summit named MOTION3 its official Media Partner: the crew capturing the event on film and turning it into content that carries the day well beyond the room. It’s exactly the kind of high-profile Oxfordshire event — and the kind of partnership — that MOTION3 is built for.
APPROACH
Our partnership began well before the summit itself. At the Sponsor Breakfast we filmed a run of sponsor interviews — 15 in all, with organisations including the University of Oxford, Oxford Brookes University and Blenheim Palace — asking what drew them to the summit, the opportunities they see in the region, and what the event means for the local business community. We cut these into short, opinion-led clips built for LinkedIn, giving the sponsors and the summit visible momentum in the weeks beforehand. On summit day we step up to full event coverage at Blenheim Palace — the keynotes, the atmosphere and the connections — to produce a headline event film and a bank of content for the organisers and their partners.
