In 2024, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire Wildlife Trust  (BBOWT),a leading conservation charity dedicated to protecting wildlife and wild spaces, approached MOTION3 to deliver a seamless online experience for their Annual General Meeting (AGM) at Radley College, Oxfordshire. With 100–150 members attending in person and remote participants joining via Zoom Webinar, the event demanded flawless live streaming and professional video documentation.

We provided a fully integrated AV setup, combining a multi-camera live stream, real-time slide integration, and a professionally managed PA system to ensure crystal-clear audio for both in-person attendees and remote viewers.

APPROACH

To deliver a smooth and engaging virtual event, we:

  • Deployed a multi-camera setup to capture key speakers and panel discussions dynamically.
  • Intercepted PowerPoint slides using a Decimator, ensuring clean, professional integration into the live stream.
  • Managed live switching between speakers, slides, and audience interactions for a seamless viewing experience.
  • Provided a full PA system setup, optimising microphone levels, speaker output, and audio clarity for both the venue and the livestream.
  • Streamed to a dedicated webinar platform, optimising for audience engagement and accessibility.
  • Implemented redundancy measures, ensuring uninterrupted broadcast even in the event of network issues.
